This website is operated by Employment & Resume Services (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using easyresumehelp.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site provides information about resume writing and about our resume services, and lets you ask us to contact you. Online ordering has been retired: the site does not take payment and does not process, transmit or store credit card details. Purchases are arranged by telephone with a career consultant.

3. Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overburden it.
  • Submit information that is false, or that belongs to somebody else without their permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system.
  • Use any automated means to scrape, harvest or copy the site’s content.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, layout, and the resume guides, questionnaires and templates supplied with our kit — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use material supplied with our kit to prepare your own resume. You may not resell, redistribute or republish it.

5. No guarantee of employment

Our materials and services are intended to help you present yourself well to employers. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and we do not and cannot guarantee that you will be offered an interview or a job. Any guarantee attaching to a specific paid service is set out in the terms of that service at the time you purchase it.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties
